Repairs If you are one of our existing tenants, all repairs need to be put in writing. Only emergency repairs will be accepted verbally. Please complete a Repair Request form and fax it to us or e-mail us direct repairs@rwdoublebay.com.au . All repairs are attended to as promptly as possible, however, it is often necessary to obtain the owner's permission and/or quotes before any work can commence, so a time lag is sometimes unavoidable. |
