Rental Payments
Under the terms of your Residential Tenancy Agreement rental payments are payable in ADVANCE by the due date using either the FirstCard System or by direct deposit (internet banking). (Please refer to the way you were set up in the first place.) If at anytime you are unable to make a payment on or before the due date, please make immediate contact with your property manager to discuss alternative arrangements.
If you are registered to pay your rent via the FirstCard System, please log onto https://www.randwfirstcard.com.au/ then Click Pay at the top and follow to instructions to pay.
