We are pleased to be able to offer you the opportunity to lease through Richardson & Wrench Double Bay.
In order for us to continue to provide efficient service, please complete the following survey. So that we may process your application as quickly as possible, download and complete our Application Form in full, including your signature and return to our office. An application cannot be considered unless it is complete with all details requested.

To assist you in completing the application please note the following information:

  • We will require a completed application for each occupant over the age of eighteen.
  • If your application is successful we will require a photocopy of your drivers licence and/or passport or satisfactory proof of identity.
  • If your application is successful then a reservation fee will be required immediately to secure the property.
  • R & W Double Bay will not accept cash deposits of any kind. Rent payments are made electronically and we offer internet and telephone banking services.
    Your initial payment (first rent payment, bond and lease fee) must be in the form of a bank cheque or money order.

    R & W Double Bay offer a complete Property Management Service. For your convenience we offer all services including repairs and maintenance on-line and naturally we are available during office hours for any enquiries.
